The Reality Labs (RL) Employee Effectiveness (EF) team delivers efficient, scalable solutions that enable RL employees to do their best work, so they can build tools that help people feel connected anytime, anywhere. As a Program Operations Manager on the EF team, you will support operations across our Onboarding, Manager Effectiveness, and Knowledge Management programs, which together serve RL employees worldwide. You will collaborate with partners on the EF team and RL-wide to help plan, execute, measure, and continuously improve our programs. Your focus on operations will drive efficiency, maximizing the value our team delivers. Your work will help us communicate at scale, connecting the right people with the right resources at the right times and ensuring they have access to the information they need.
Employee Effectiveness Program Operations Manager Responsibilities
  • Communicate with RL employees across multiple channels (e.g., chat, email, post, survey) using internal and external tools. Create and implement governance to improve effectiveness.
  • Identify audiences and target resources/communications to minimize noise while driving action.
  • Administer internal permissions systems to safeguard information while ensuring it can be accessed by those who need it.
  • Coordinate and facilitate organization facing livestreamed, recorded, and in-person events.
  • Maintain, plan, and communicate team roadmaps, calendars, status updates, and organziation facing pages to facilitate team and partner collaboration.
  • Facilitate team business processes (e.g., business reviews, budget planning, contracts/purchases) by tracking spend, compiling data, and managing internal processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA or BS in Comptuer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Quickly gain admin-level competency with internal and external business tools
  • Experience drafting clear communication that drives action with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
  • Experience problem-solving individually and in group settings
  • Experience managing ambiguity and adjusting to shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated experience planning, developing, and executing complex projects
  • Experience using Microsoft and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience planning, developing, delivering, and continuously improving complex projects
  • Experience in project management, operations, management consulting, or related fields

$35.58/hour to $111,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
