We are looking for a Vendor Manager for the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) within Product Compliance and Privacy. This role is part of the Shared Services organization within GRC and will be part of the Vendor Operations team. The Vendor Operations team partners with teams across the organization to identify vendor needs, select, onboard and manage suppliers. This team also works with GRC vendors to review, track, and optimize work. In addition to ongoing partnership and work with GRC teams and vendors, the individual in this role will also be advising on strategy and tools to increase efficiency and scale. The ideal candidate should have a strong operational and vendor management background, be able to project manage large initiatives and navigate competing priorities, and effectively communicate with cross functional stakeholders at all levels.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance Vendor Manager Responsibilities
  • Help internal teams select, activate, and oversee vendors for program delivery and day to day operations
  • Manage vendor relationships and workflows
  • Establish vendor strategy, operational playbooks, and resolution processes
  • Manage, track, and report on vendor invoices and spend
  • Partner with teams to set KPIs and report on operational metrics
  • Work with teams to identify opportunities for processes optimization and evolution
  • Serve as primary contact and subject matter expert for GRC teams, providing guidance and advice for operational best practices and vendors
  • Work on continual process improvement by scoping tool improvements, utilizing data analytics to improve key performance metrics, and partnering with teams to optimize outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, operational strategy, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years Vendor management experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Meta products and third party ecosystem
  • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project or vendor management certifications
  • Bachelors degree

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
