As a member of the Meta FinTech Compliance Team, you will be executing on large-scale projects in the payments area including new product launches, control automation, and technology migrations. You will interact with other Team Leads to continually help drive process innovation and operational experiences across Know Your Customer (KYC) in the Payments Compliance area. At times, you will work collaboratively with a dynamic group of cross-functional stakeholders including but not limited to Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance and Marketing. You may have side projects to help create innovative scalable AML compliance systems and processes to harness the "transactional" power of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and other Facebook companies. You will help Meta FinTech ensure that its compliance policies, internal controls and systems help Meta in its mission to "make the world more open and connected."
KYC Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, monitoring progress, dependencies between projects, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Track program performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action.
  • Define, map, and document complex operational processes, coordinate change management processes (e.g. developing training materials, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, etc.) and monitoring quality.
  • Drive enhancements in KYC processes that adapt to regulatory changes or emerging industry best practices including: - Evaluating and articulating AML/CTF risks and coverage, - Proposing and executing on changes to processes, - Providing input and feedback for new and existing KYC models
  • Execute against agreed to test plans
  • Partner with appropriate stakeholders both within first, second and third line of defense to document KYC controls.
  • Provide input to various risk assessments for our AML/CTF Program.
  • From time to time you may be asked to help provide various compliance training on policy and operations training relating to the AML/CTF Program.
  • Be a team member on a project or operational basis that may include cross-functional teams and/or vendors.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience in a program manager function
  • Experience in a compliance department or other internal control function at a financial technology or technology company
  • Experienced in effectively conveying complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Experienced analyzing data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in developing and executing comprehensive program strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Experience in process modeling and documentation
  • Experience as a team lead on cross-functional projects demonstrating impact, and influencing and leading organizational change
  • Experience building relationships and experience working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Understanding of AML/KYC controls and regulatory landscape
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in data analysis and techniques (SQL)
  • Experience communicating to different levels in an organization
  • Experience working in a team environment with a track record of building relationships and working collaboratively

$116,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
