We are looking for a talented, motivated leader for Meta’s Enterprise Products' Platform Integration team. The team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, secure and robust platform services to accelerate enterprise product teams' product development and integration lifecycle. We are currently looking for an experienced, insightful, forward-thinking manager with a strong ability to design and execute products that power the business.
Enterprise Engineering Manager - Enterprise Products Platform Integration Responsibilities
  • Lead teams responsible for platform services including compute, storage, provisioning, configuration management, automation, observability, OS management, security, data privacy, compliance and risk management.
  • Understand technical architectures, capacity management, tooling needs, automation plans, product launch plans, and other issues and create comprehensive plans for prioritizing technical and resourcing challenges.
  • Partner with network engineering, capacity, security and product teams to plan and execute against a broad array of business and product needs.
  • Assess employee performance frequently, addressing under-performance, and recognizing, and promoting excellent performance.
  • Work closely with dedicated recruiting staff to expand the team, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, participating in conferences/events, and onboarding new employees.
  • Balance the need to “keep things running” with allocating time to long-term, high-impact strategic projects.
  • Help engineers develop their careers, assigning them to projects tailored to their current skill levels as well as their long-term development, taking into account evolving strengths and capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in designing and supporting infrastructure that supports complex, distributed architectures.
  • Experience in learning new software languages, frameworks, and API’s.
  • 7+ years of people management experience in a technology company.
  • Experience with coding in at least one language (even if it is not one that Facebook uses).
  • Experience with hiring and managing performance.
  • 10+ years of work experience in the field of Information Technology.
  • Experience managing through managers.
  • Knowledge of Windows and/or UNIX and TCP/IP network fundamentals.
  • Experience in collaborating with product engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ technical field or degree level commercial experience
