Meta is looking for a Reality Labs Regional Channel Enablement Lead for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Channel Enablement (CE) at Meta is responsible for delivering in-store and online channel programs to consumers in our partners’ sales channels. This role plays an instrumental part in contributing to the Reality Labs strategy for our global customers to find, learn and experience Reality Labs products through our various partner channels. This role will be responsible for leading an extended team of functional contributors within the areas of Visual & Field Merchandising, Field Sales, Field Training and Online Experiences. This is a highly cross-functional and collaborative role that works closely with Global Channel Experiences, Partner Enablement, Account Management, Product and Category teams. Additionally, this role will be customer-facing at times, interfacing with key Retailer stakeholders to influence and drive mutually beneficial outcomes in their stores and online. As leader of a large team, you will need to balance delivery of a broad portfolio of interrelated projects while also driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, tight budget management, cross-functional collaboration, hitting key performance indicators and upstream/downstream communication.
Head of Regional Channel Enablement - EMEA Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Global Channel Experiences to execute global strategy at retailer partners including Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, Optical, and Mass retailers within the region, while providing channel feedback to inform global work
  • Partner closely with Partner Enablement and Account Management to develop detailed annual plans and corresponding operating expense budget requirements to enable Channel initiatives with Meta branded experiences
  • Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of merchandising, digital and field sales programs
  • Lead the Channel Enablement team for EMEA - set clear and consistent objectives and priorities empower the team with the resources and information necessary to deliver
  • Ensure merchandising compliance and demo availability metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement in Channel Enablement and Reality Labs processes
  • Foster open collaboration and clear communication across the cross functional teams
  • Support Account Management team with sell-in of new merchandising concepts & initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
  • 12+ years of professional experience within Retail, Channel Enablement, Channel Experiences or Account Management
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including managing performance and career growth for experienced individual contributors
  • Understanding of global retail partners and their guidelines/processes
  • Experience communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and adapting to changing priorities and demands
  • Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Understanding of shopper experiences and behavior
  • Experience defining objectives & key results, key performance indicators and driving continuous improvement against goals
  • Experience maintaining budgets and fiscal responsibility
  • Bachelors of Arts/Bachelors of Science degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience within Retail, Channel Enablement, Channel Experiences or Account Management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in at least one function within the Channel Enablement portfolio: retail fixture design & development, field sales & training and/or online channel experiences
  • Experience influencing and presenting to executive level stakeholders and partners
  • Experiences developing processes and making existing processes more efficient and scalable
  • Experience managing conflict and addressing issues between stakeholders swiftly in order to maintain effective team relationships
  • Experience creating and managing project and budget trackers
  • Experience bringing new products to market
  • Experience communicating program updates concisely and transparently at all levels across broad teams and organizations
  • Familiarity with Business-to-Business reseller market
