As a member of our Creative Shop Greater China Region (GCR) team, you'll be part of an experience of consistently managing complex issues by group of creatives who are evidence of interest in exploring about leveraging AI to push the boundaries of what's possible in marketing. Demonstrated experience of Performance-focused digital advertising, either from within an eCommerce organization, or with extensive experience at a creative agency in China and/or for China eCommerce clients, either as Brand Strategist, or Creative Director, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile performance campaigns for the most exciting China Export brands in Gaming, Short Drama or ECommerce. You will develop strategies and solutions to drive engagement, build awareness, and ultimately, drive business results. Creative Strategist, Greater China Responsibilities
  • Set creative direction and build strategic plans that prioritize the biggest opportunities for business results for both clients and Meta
  • Build crucial relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agency - that positions Meta for success with large scale companies
  • Build creative solutions that inspire, influence and drive client action
  • Operationalize creative data, metrics and insights driven approach that identifies the right creative challenges and blockers, tracks progress, and delivers long term sustainable progress
  • Coordinate and align multiple internal cross-functional partnerships that navigate different goals and enable collaborative success
  • Learn fast to quickly decode and deploy emerging experiences at the speed of Meta technology
  • Identify client’s creative challenges and developing, deploying and scaling breakthrough ideas and solutions
Minimum Qualifications
  • Extensive creative experience in performance marketing/advertising: gained from working at creative agencies, in-house creative teams, platforms, tech companies, or non-traditional content creators
  • Proven experience of proactively identifying, scoping and implementing innovative solutions, business focused and with experience in vertical short form video and creator marketing across multiple industry categories
  • Experience in creative ideas for paid social media: portfolio of social media campaigns required
  • Experience influencing C-level clients and agencies
  • Knowledge of AI solutions and tools for marketing and advertising
  • Hands-on experience building persuasive presentations, mockups and videos
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of measurement and willingness to learn new tools
  • Data fluency – you are happy getting your hands dirty with data dashboards
  • Experience in Export Marketing in the Greater China Region
