Meta is seeking a Treasury Manager to join our Treasury Organization. Treasury’s mission is to enable growth, profitability and maximize shareholder value by effectively managing liquidity, maximize the efficient use of resources, minimize financial risks, provide advisory to business, and identify capital resources optimization opportunities. Candidate needs to have a proven record of providing Treasury advisory to key Business and Finance initiatives in a fast-paced environment, and supporting the management of execution across relevant Treasury pillars. The individual should be a self-starter, fast learner and capable of working with limited direction while taking full ownership of their areas of responsibility. The candidate will be expected to anticipate and surface issues, solve problems, recommend solutions, and exercise good business judgment while performing these functions. The candidate is expected to have a solid Treasury background and expertise in areas of cash management, banking products, payment landscape, control, and governance, as well as clear communication skills to effectively facilitate information flow between cross-functional business partners and internal Treasury. Effective time management and prioritization skills in managing multiple projects are essential to the success of this role. This role will support various areas focusing on driving core treasury efficiencies and strategic initiatives that enable process optimization and innovative solutions.
Treasury Manager Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, provide insights, and evaluate complex initiatives to inform decision making and drive meaningful impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to understand objectives they are trying to achieve, and provide expert advice on Treasury requirements and implications.
  • Provide robust insights to internal Treasury leadership on new initiatives’ potential impacts to their areas, gather feedback, and partner to implement solutions and support strategic direction.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks in assigned areas.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects and strategic Treasury partnerships including communication with pillar leads and coordinating with cross-functional business partners to meet timelines and requirements.
  • Develop and implement governance structures, decision-making frameworks, and evaluation process for any control impact to business processes changes
  • Independently lead business process reviews, provide relevant solution ideas, and partner with internal stakeholders
  • Create memos and presentation materials to effectively communicate strategies and influence stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to seek out, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in broad Finance and Treasury experience including business partnering and advisory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, payment industry, and regulations
  • Systematic understanding of corporate treasury (e.g., global cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, foreign exchange, etc.)
  • Aptitude to quickly synthesize qualitative and quantitative information, structure a concise and clear presentation of findings, and articulate recommendations to an executive audience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint, and Treasury Management System (FIS preferred)

$142,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
