Meta is seeking a Global Agency Development Lead to work with one of our key global agency partners. This person will establish and strengthen key agency relationships with a focus on driving revenue, client ROI, agency education and agency capabilities. The candidate will have extensive experience of Meta’s platforms and marketing solutions and will need to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure we are meeting worldwide partner needs.
Global Agency Development Lead Responsibilities
  • Serve as external product consultant educating agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow the agency partnership.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve agency capabilities and education through training, business reviews, and product updates
  • Identify, build and manage relationships with key agency partners across a range of disciplines (Executive, Paid Social, Analytics, Planning, Strategy, Commercial, Measurement)
  • Work with the Global Agency Lead to develop holistic business plans aligned with local in-market needs
  • Work with Meta’s cross-functional community (product, measurement, policy) to develop agency strategy across regions and countries to maximize growth and build partnerships that scale revenue
  • Drive relationships and communications between the holding company and Meta
  • Manage and negotiate complex agency contracts to successful completion
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years’ experience in an agency and/or marketing, strategy, and online advertising
  • Platform executional expertise and understanding of Meta’s business solutions
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and competitive in ambiguous situations
  • Interpersonal skills and capacity to develop solid working relationships inside and outside of Meta
  • Understanding of media agency business models and experience working with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations
  • Experience defining and communicating global marketing strategy and agency strategies that align with business goals
  • Knowledge of online business models and digital/consumer technology, social media and vertical markets
  • Experience working at a global level and expertise collaborating with cross-functional teams

$102,000/year to $169,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
