We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to drive Meta's strategic objectives within Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management. This role involves building supply chain systems, advanced data modeling and business intelligence, providing critical insights for decision-making across RL's portfolio product life cycles. You will also be instrumental in leading multiple cross-org strategic initiatives that have the highest visibility within RL Devices. This role is field personnel.
Business Operations Manager, Strategic Sourcing Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal product, engineering and analytics team and external vendors to build best-in-class supply chain processes and systems.
  • Architect, build and maintain scalable, accurate and robust supply chain data pipeline and database.
  • Build interim solutions, proof of concept working models to achieve short-term critical business objectives
  • Provide on-going and ad-hoc, insightful, timely and reliable business intelligence to support critical decisions. Champion the data-driven approach within RL Sourcing
  • Drive multiple cross-org strategic initiatives focus on efficiency and operational excellency, sponsored by Org leadership
  • Be the strategic and trusted advisor to Sourcing leadership - this position requires a detail-oriented individual with problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently
  • Continue to identify critical areas to improve with a focus on operational efficiency at scale
Minimum Qualifications
  • B.S. degree in engineering, analytics or equivalent working experiences
  • 5+ years of relevant experiences in fast growing consumer electronics industry
  • This position requires a detail-oriented individual with problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently
  • Demonstrated outstanding capability in data analytics, data visualization and scenario based analysis
  • Be adaptable with changing priorities and business needs with a growth mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA and/or advanced engineering degree
  • Experience working with people at all levels
  • Experience in database systems and web application development,
  • Experience shifting priorities quickly and act proactively
