The Meta Reality Labs (RL) group brings together world-class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software and content. This includes Meta Quest and Portal products, Ray-Ban Stories, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). Reality Labs is looking for a strategic, visionary analytics leader and connector. This leader will be responsible for providing visibility into the end-to-end customer journey to influence product development. They will also provide holistic business understanding to drive efficiency into our go-to-market efforts. This role oversees a business intelligence and analytics team with responsibility for offering an objective and holistic perspective on our portfolio, finding and growing new markets and driving better business results through superior data, ecosystem analytics, and execution. This team will cover Cross Product Analytics, Cross Meta Analytics and Business Intelligence capabilities in close collaboration with our Data Engineering team.
Ecosystem Analytics Lead, Reality Labs Responsibilities
  • Partner with product leadership and cross-functional teams to influence Reality Labs’ product and business strategy with a view of customer needs and market opportunities
  • Proactively detect the largest problems impacting the team's execution and make decisions that manage dependencies
  • Establish a team of Ecosystem Data Scientists with the remit to synthesize data across multiple data sources
  • Evolve our Analytics Decision Making Frameworks, drive Innovation and Experimentation into our ways of working
  • Drive Transparency and consistency into our user journey
  • Deepen Cross Portfolio Analysis - across the Reality Labs Portfolio as well as through Family of Apps integration
  • Build a Biz Intelligence and Reporting capability that drives transparency into our business performance
  • Model inclusive behaviors and build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives
  • Consistently build strong internal partnerships, influence through others, resolve conflict, build alignment, and work effectively across teams to execute strategy
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 10+ years of experience with consumer products or adjacent industries
  • 8+ years of experience with team leadership, people management and cross-functional team leadership
  • Experience forging relationships with product and other cross-functional teams, advising c-suite leaders and key stakeholders across large-scale, global companies
  • Leadership experience in a global role and knowledge of diverse cultural, social and business landscapes
  • Experience influencing and leading strategies across multiple lines of business and matrixed teams
  • Experience identifying and analyzing complex, long term, critical problems facing the relevant areas of the business and driving solutions for them
  • Experience leading, managing, developing and motivating a diverse team across geographical regions. Experience building high performing, inclusive teams
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative manner across a variety of business functions and geographies
  • Experience in a fast paced, high growth, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience creating a vision, setting direction of strategy and ensuring delivery though impactful, scaled programs
  • Experience querying and manipulating raw datasets for analysis using SQL (Presto, Spark, Hive)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading across analytics and strategy organizations in the capacity of a Chief Strategy Officer or Customer Insights Officer
  • Experience launching, growing and sustaining consumer hardware products
