The Business Marketing Group (BMG) team connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger to help them grow their businesses through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and more. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business leveraging our solutions. Our team is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is passionate about growth marketing, demand generation, customer engagement, creative, acquisition, analytics, and driving measurable results through growth initiatives. In this role, you will partner with multiple internal teams including product marketing, sales, program manager, demand management, data science, creative, and analytics teams to plan, build, and launch marketing campaigns anchoring to drive and sustain customer engagements, drive demand into Sales Programs, or acquire new customers. Being very comfortable with data, you will drive the analytical insight necessary to understand our customer's needs and maximize impact while figuring out how to get things done without relying on others to do the job. You are detail-oriented, enjoy building marketing campaigns, and can rapidly earn trust and credibility with stakeholders. This person will be asked to demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and executional excellence.
Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities
  • Drive go-to-market by planning, executing and scaling growth marketing campaigns to help connect Meta’s advertisers with Sales and other similar offers, to facilitate adopting advertising best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure on time and accurate launches.
  • Working with quantitative and qualitative data teams to deeply understand the audience and use cases to inform the strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement.
  • Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables and goals.
  • Owning quarterly goals across relevant KPIs and drive expected QoQ growth.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience of additional 4+ years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Experience in at least two of these areas (email, Facebook Ads, display, onsite merchandising, content marketing, digital video).
  • Experience with A/B testing and lift measurement
  • Experience influencing, and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Product, and Creative to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and specifically Meta’s advertising suite.
  • Experience in SQL.
  • Experience with customer lifecycle management.

$96,000/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
