This is a highly operational and strategic program management on the Privacy Areas team. Our scope is Privacy-organization wide and we’re responsible for supporting the highest priority areas, including building out cross-Meta risk reviews. This comes with a lot of novelty; each Area is different. It’s both fun and impact-focused, and comes with the benefit of enabling you to develop a wide-lens on the full scope of Privacy and enable all organization leaders to operate more efficiently.
Privacy Strategic Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Build and lead substantive operational programs across privacy product areas and organization-level needs.
  • Help the organization run more efficiently
  • serve as a major capacity lever for all leaders in the organization
  • Run organization-wide programs to help organization leaders build and maintain organization-wide context, solve organizational horizontal problems
  • Establish clear change management protocols to inform teams and roadmaps when processes or expectations evolve
  • Contribute to the Privacy Areas Leadership team, championing a vibrant team atmosphere and upholding the core values of Meta.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or a related field, showcasing effective communication and demonstrated experience partnering with a large and diverse set of stakeholders, along with a proven experience influencing stakeholders across diverse cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years of operating at Meta experience
  • Proficiency in end-to-end program management, effectively transforming ideas into realities with measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience working under your own initiative across multiple teams, exhibiting critical thinking, thought leadership, and the experience translating strategic thinking into tactical execution.
