Global Solutions Partner Responsibilities
  • Lead Media Planning, Strategy, Measurement, and Optimization for Meta’s largest global client partnerships.
  • Translate complex data analysis into clear recommendation to unlock growth opportunities and identify roadblocks.
  • Enable knowledge exchange across the partnership, sub-vertical and vertical, globally as well as regionally and locally.
  • Surfacing and scaling best practice.
  • Partner with regional and local sales teams to ensure all teams are aligned on the account priorities and are clear on how to leverage JBP activations.
  • Work with the partner's cross-functional resources to define global learning agenda and help to activate this with regional & local teams.
  • Develop best-in-class capability building programs at the client and the agency that empower regions and local markets to drive optimal solution adoption at scale.
  • Work with the marketing science to define global learning agenda and help to activate this with regional & local teams.
  • Have a clear understanding of escalation process, knowing when and how to activate to solve high risk challenges.
  • Develop and lead senior leadership relationship at client and agency, building trusted relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional project management understanding how to influence and secure relevant SME support, and align teams behind one project goal.
  • 25% travel required to various unanticipated locations domestically and internationally.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field and 96 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related field. Foreign equivalent accepted.
  • Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:
  • Working with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, and partnerships)
  • Ability to confidently lead c-suite client relationships on specialist topics within control and expertise
  • Unlocking relationships with Digital and Tech communities, including executives such as Chief Technology Officers and Chief Information Officers
  • Driving analyses of gaps and opportunities and presenting them to leadership teams
  • Fostering ongoing networks of key decision makers and influencers across clients and agencies
  • Ability to run deep analytics and turn them into clear actionable insights
  • Experience in leading multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Knowing how to navigate complex organizations
  • Ability to simplify complex challenges and create a clear recommendation
  • Excellent partnership skills and ability to influence across teams
  • Leading and managing account growth strategy and action plans, based on detailed and extensive data analysis, including but not limited to budget spending, objective optimizations, and campaign strategies
  • Actively mentoring and continuously seeking opportunities to help or lead the team that aims to raise the bar for the solutions' community
  • Identifying significant business opportunities, building action plans, and driving support across teams
  • Deep knowledge of Ads Manager to create, manage and track the performance of advertising campaigns, Business Manager to handle multiple ad accounts and pages
  • Understands complex measurement solutions like MMM, Experimental design, geolift and multitouch attribution and
  • Knowledge in the CPG landscape worldwide, both in emerging and developed markets.

$240,033/year to $247,500/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
