We are seeking a Creative Director for our Brand Design team who embodies the perfect blend of thinker and maker, with a demonstrated experience of understanding of lifestyle, fashion, and sports branding, combined with innovative technology. This role is pivotal in defining and delivering brand design experiences and brand systems across our Wearables portfolio, ensuring our products resonate with people at scale. Your job is to bring our brand promise to life, making sure that through creativity and design, we enhance the way people understand, experience and love our products.
Creative Director Responsibilities
  • Support and execute on the design for our Wearables portfolio, including developing brand systems, behaviors, and design solutions that serve a global audience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop holistic brand systems that drive business results
  • Help to elevate and raise the quality of design craft across all aspects of our Wearables portfolio
  • Assist in inspiring, enabling, and energizing a world-class design team, and cultivating creative that drives innovation
  • Advocate for design thinking, solutions, and consistency across all aspects of our Wearables portfolio
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in brand design, with a track record of creating work that's both critically acclaimed and commercially successful
  • A multidisciplinary background that includes experience in graphic design, art direction, typography, and experience with industry-standard design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating with external partners, with a proven track record to negotiate design decisions and persuade stakeholders
  • Experience developing and executing successful brand strategies for large-scale, global brands
  • Proven understanding of how to build and maintain brand identities, with experience within consumer-facing industries such as fashion, lifestyle, or technology
  • Experience working with hardware and product design teams to bring designs to life
  • Communication and presentation experience
  • Experience communicating complex design concepts to non-designers
  • Experience managing budgets and resources to deliver high-impact design solutions
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Experience using design software to create high-fidelity prototypes and presentations
  • Portfolio that showcases your design experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with emerging technologies such as AR/VR, AI, and Voice-UI
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding design principles, current trends, and emerging technologies
  • Portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful work in wearable technology
  • Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc
  • Experience in pursuing emerging technologies

$147,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
