As we continue to redefine the marketing landscape for our advertisers, we are seeking a talented and skilled candidate to be the Producer and Creator Strategy Lead in the APAC and EMEA region. The Producer in the Creative Services team plays a crucial role in bringing creative projects and programs to life. This role will work closely with internal teams; creative strategists, Sales, Programs and Partnerships teams, as well as external companies; creator agencies, developers, production companies, adtech partners, Clients and Agencies to develop highly innovative brand advertising on Meta's platforms. Producer (Creator Strategy Lead) Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Produce and package scalable productions, programs and activations across EMEA and APAC, from conception to completion.
  • Project Sourcing and Contracting: Scope out project terms and contracts with external production companies, creator agencies, adtech partners, and agencies, taking final responsibility for production deliverables and actuals.
  • Time and Project Management: Demonstrated experience in time/project management skills with capacity to juggle several projects simultaneously.
  • Internal Cross-Functional Partnerships: Coordinate with multiple internal cross-functional partnerships (Business Affairs, Finance, Legal, Sales, Compliance teams, Partnerships, etc) to integrate creative offerings into broader business strategies.
  • Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Identify and resolve production problems with ingenuity and a contagious “can-do” attitude, while partnering and managing relationships with external vendors.
  • Strategic Planning and Teamwork: Strategize and collaborate with multiple creative teams and producers across all regions to achieve Meta's goals.
  • Deadline Management: Work to deadlines under pressure and manage staff to do the same.
  • Production Planning and Organization: Design production plans and project schedules, keeping organized status sheets, job folders, and clear documentation of final production assets.
  • External Vendor Relationship Management: Manage external vendor relationships (production companies, agencies, Creator Agencies, AI vendors, motion companies, music houses, agency partners, etc.)
  • Data-focussed mindset: Leverage data to drive decisions, meet objectives, and optimize creative strategies to deliver quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Trends: Stay up to date on industry trends, creative technologies, and best practices in digital advertising, creative automation and AI.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in creative services, production, or a related field.
  • Production company, Creator agency and/or Advertising Agency Producer experience is a must.
  • Creator marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic planning and alignment, executing high-priority business workstreams, delivering measurable business impact through creative services.
  • Expertise in social media/digital advertising and marketing, including creator marketing, social media trends, marketing technologies, and modern production pipelines and best practices.
  • A keen understanding of social media performance metrics and measurement strategies.
  • Knowledge of Meta's products and platforms.
  • Evidenced success with communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and analytical skills, and the mindset to continually optimise and improve processes.
  • Capacity to work in our London office at least 3 days a week (hybrid).
  • Fluency in English
  • EMEA and APAC market knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise with AI.
  • Experience with creative technology solutions, wearables, and other emerging technologies.
