Meta is seeking an experienced Product Partnerships Manager who will drive global programs, manage go-to-market strategy and lead operational workflows for priority products in the Government & Social Impact space. As a Product Partnerships Manager in GSI, you will develop in-depth subject-matter knowledge of Meta products like WhatsApp and will excel at standing up processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving execution of complex programs. This role requires taking ambiguous problems and creating clear solution paths, managing large groups of stakeholders, scaling our strategy, and escalation management.
Product Partnerships Manager, Government & Social Impact Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy and execution of global product programs for Government and Social Impact partners
  • Build expertise in Meta products and tools
  • Build and optimize operational processes to ensure team efficiency and expand coverage
  • Develop guidelines and governance for programs to ensure that they continue to serve partners and meet business needs
  • Serve as a point of escalations for product issues that arise from across the Government & Social Impact partner set ensuring swift resolution of issues
  • Communicate product updates and lead enablement across the Government & Social Impact organization, collaborating with regional teams
  • Manage partnerships with key technology providers to scale product support for Government & Social Impact partners
  • Gather partner feedback and advocate for Government & Social Impact partners with product teams
  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional partners, including Policy, Product, Operations, Product Policy, Legal
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in partnerships, program management or operations, and experience in the technology space
  • Experience working with ambiguity, solving problems, developing partnerships, and building for scale
  • Experience with Meta products
  • Proven communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with nonprofit, social impact or government partners

$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
