We are seeking a talented leader who thrives at the intersection of product analytics, data science, product design and growth marketing to join our Product Growth team at Meta. This person will be accountable for driving success of our Integrity Actor teams - working on some of the most cutting edge problems in the world. The Product Growth team is embedded within product teams and drives impact end-to-end through the product development life cycle. The role requires using a mix of skills including people leadership, analysis, product ideation, and cross-functional collaboration. Success in the role is tied directly to product goals and the team rewards results-based performance. This is a leadership opportunity to influence the direction of high-visibility and high-impact initiatives, and to have your work come to life in some of the most widely used apps in the world. The Growth practice was started right here at Meta, putting you at the forefront of the industry leading work on growth alongside other experts. It is a lean and highly regarded team with a close-knit environment and emphasis on regular sharing of successful strategies, tactics and insights across products. Product Growth has a history of driving angle changes in the growth trajectory of various products at Meta, and we're looking for a manager to carry on that tradition.
Manager, Product Growth Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow an impact-oriented team of product growth analysts
  • Lead strategy across a large product area and drive cross-organizational alignment
  • Drive long term growth of Meta products through a combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences
  • Understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence growth strategy
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them to maximize long term growth
  • Enable execution on high-impact projects by building effective cross-functional relationships, driving clarity on goals, and implementing collaborative solutions
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience as a people manager
  • 8+ years experience working in an analytics or product role
  • Experience collaborating across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals
  • Experience in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Experimentation experience in designing multivariate tests, synthesize test results and build frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions
  • Product ideation experience to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience
  • Experience communicating data-driven product insights to influence leadership direction
  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL)
  • Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics or related quantitative field
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or growth
