Creative X Design Program Managers are a team of strategic design leaders who work closely with CX, Marketing and Product to plan and manage brand foundation initiatives such as animation, iconography, illustration, typography, etc.. Design Program Managers speak the language of design, drive the initiatives, ensure alignment with brand strategy, mitigate issues and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to deliver high quality systems.
Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Understand and influence brand marketing creative plans.
  • Prioritize projects with Marketing based on impact, company objectives and resources.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for brand building.
  • Effectively lobby and win support for new brand system initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate resource needs across multiple projects.
  • Build strong relationships with Creative X team, Marketers, Strategists and Product Design.
  • Lead partnerships with external design agencies and act as central point of contact for CX team, Marketing and design agencies.
  • Consult with other program managers and producers as the brand design expert.
  • Manage all brand foundation initiatives and ensure successful delivery and implementation (inclusive of strategic development, brief development, design expression, research, guidelines development, asset distribution, implementation and brand governance)
  • Define scope & deliverables, team resourcing, budget forecasting and actualization at a project level
  • Manage creative reviews with key stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Prioritize competing needs by taking a broad perspective to problems and identifying strategic and creative solutions
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Socializing brand guidelines and implementing brand review processes
  • Setting priorities, problem-solving and multitasking
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years experience working in a creative agency, production studio, and/or digital product marketing company
  • Proven track record of building multiple large-scale Brand Design systems that have demonstrably impacted a brand's trajectory
  • Experience in a highly collaborative cross functional environment with product and marketing, managing stakeholder dynamics in a large organization
  • Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience working in a creative agency, production studio, and/or digital product marketing company
  • Brand management or brand strategy experience
  • Experience pursuing emerging technologies
  • Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
