As a Product Program Manager (PPgM), you will be responsible for driving large scale cross-functional product initiatives, including defining the operational strategy and leading the execution across multiple teams and organizations at Meta. The team drives operating strategy and execution in product areas including, but not limited to platform growth, cross-meta experiences, social issues, and internal platform solutions. You will be partnering with virtual or in-person teams and may manage multiple projects pending the bandwidth required. We are looking for experienced professionals who can partner with cross-functional teams in complex, multi-platform development efforts at consumer scale while maintaining clarity of product vision and organizational awareness.
Product Program Manager, AI Solutions and Automation (ASA) Responsibilities
  • Define and lead program execution strategy for multiple areas of products and the platform – includes kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving quality/outcomes for product objectives via programmatic solutions.
  • Manage and influence from the front, prioritize, and drive the bigger mission forward by helping product teams translate vision into results.
  • Build project teams with 'customer focus’ and effective communication with a bias for decisive, fast-moving solutions, quick and constructive resolutions to conflicts, and a “no barriers” mentality.
  • Contribute to developing the product program management function and serve as an evangelist of our culture.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of strategy, operations, consulting, or program/project management experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional partners, creating shared goals and deliverables, tracking metrics, and presenting to leadership.
  • Experience building, optimizing and scaling programs and teams.
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders across all levels and implementing change management initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leveraging ML/AI to build products.
  • Experience adapting to shifting business needs and priorities.
  • Understanding of product life cycles and operationalizing product strategy.
  • Technical fluency to understand, communicate and drive impact in highly technical and fast-moving problem spaces.

$174,000/year to $242,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
