Meta's Top Accounts and Agencies (TAA) team creates disproportionate advantage for the world's largest marketers by integrating the communities, solutions and technologies of the Meta family of apps to meet their business goals. The Regional Solutions Partner (RSP) role provides an outstanding opportunity to work with the world's largest advertisers within Japan and other countries in Asia-Pacific: driving and executing our full suite of solution offerings to create business and brand impact for our clients. You will develop and align with internal stakeholders on go to market strategies, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver on key initiatives from product adoption, measurement studies and revenue driving opportunities.
Regional Solutions Partner, Top Accounts and Agencies Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional client lead on strategic roadmap and global business plan implementation across client & agency relationships at all levels
  • Focus includes revenue acceleration, driving product solution adoption and best practices, and managing co-investment bonus for the partnership
  • Lead media best practices, strategy, & global learning agenda in partnership with Marketing Science and optimization
  • Have a extensive understanding of Meta products and solutions and analyze data and insights to guide strategy and adoption
  • Translate complex data analysis into simple language and empower our partners to make strategic decisions and optimize for their business and campaigns success
  • Partner with regional and local sales teams to ensure all teams are aligned on the account priorities and provide the highest service levels to the clients and agencies
  • Enable knowledge exchange about the business account with clients and internal cross functional, global, regional and local teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing Science, Product, Solutions Engineering, Creative Shop and other orgs within Meta to develop best-in-class capability programs
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a solutions-related role and driving impact on client engagement and revenue
  • Experience acting on client-facing initiatives, with a track record of taking projects from opportunity to execution and results
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of presenting to management
  • Experience influencing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insight
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel, or relational databases
  • Experience in crafting stories and action oriented led presentations
  • Experience as a Meta user and knowledge of Meta’s ad products Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends ( Brand Marketing, Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
  • BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
  • Understanding of APAC markets
  • Business fluency in Japanese is preferred as this role will collaborate with external stakeholders whose usual business language is Japanese
