Meta is seeking a leader to support the Reality Labs Foundations team within the Finance and Business Planning organization. As the Foundations Finance Leader, you will drive financial planning activities, including forecasting, close, budget, and long-range planning, while collaborating with leadership across the Foundations team to deliver high-quality results that inform strategic business decisions. In this role, you will provide direct support to engineering leadership, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration, and foster trust and collaboration between all Business and Finance stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support business decision-making, as well as identifying opportunities to improve financial planning processes and leveraging expertise in finance processes and industry best practices. This role will require an individual with knowledge of core Financial Planning & Analysis concepts, proven experience supporting executive leadership teams, and interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. This role will require effective communication of complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders and building and maintaining effective relationships with cross-functional partners, influencing key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
