The Financial Services team at Facebook is responsible for developing and growing relationships with banks, payment networks, schemes and financial institutions across the industry ecosystem. We take a long-term approach to growth and value with the ultimate goal of leveraging our platform to offer great products to people. Our mission is to redefine how Financial Services are offered to people globally at an unprecedented scale.
Marketplace is a place for people to buy and sell items listed on Facebook within their local community. You can find lots of used or new things on Marketplace, from clothes to TVs and even vehicles and property. When you post something to sell on Marketplace, people can use Facebook Messenger to ask you questions about the item. You can see all conversations with potential buyers from the Selling tab in Marketplace. Marketplace's goal is to build the world's largest shopping mall. You will have the opportunity to help scale a start-up business in its early stages, within Facebook.
The Media Partnerships team partners and collaborates with the world’s largest and most exciting media organizations, public figures and influencers on high profile product opportunities. We ensure high quality content which drives measurable business results. In this fast-growing landscape, the team is working closely with media partners on driving business value on Facebook through building, reaching and engaging audiences, and pushing the envelope for innovative content experiences. The team has recently verticalized and now works across News, Sport, Entertainment, Instagram and the cross functional team which includes Deal Team, Partner Product Marketing and Content.
The Publisher Solutions team works with media publishers and app developers to bring the power of Facebook advertiser to their websites and apps. Facebook Audience Network helps publishers monetize their mobile apps and websites through access to millions of global Facebook advertisers. Audience Network uses powerful people-based marketing to make it easy for publishers to show their audience better, more relevant ads while driving the best results for advertisers.
The Games Partnerships team is a rapid growth organization working with the most exciting game developers, publishers, and creators across platforms from mobile/web to PC/console with the goal of fostering and strengthening gaming communities. The gaming team build relationships with key developers, influencers and creators across the gaming ecosystem and establish Facebook as a destination for developers to publish games for creators to share their expertise and build audience.
Helping developers and start-ups grow through mentorship and developer programs. This team plans the strategy of developer ecosystems and helps drive product strategy through aggregated feedback from start-ups and developers. We work with businesses, start-ups, and developers to build a variety of valuable product experiences. Platform Partnerships at Facebook is responsible for establishing and managing strategic relationships with our key product partners. You will work with some of the world’s largest and most exciting companies and start-ups as well as with our world-class Facebook, Messenger and Instagram product and engineering teams. In addition to those teams, you will work cross-functionally with the Policy, Legal, Marketing, PR and the Operations teams to optimize new capabilities, improve user experience, and make our partners successful. We define market requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of product performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, inform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality, and ensure product and industry impact in region. We also maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate.
Community Partnerships at Facebook is responsible for establishing and managing strategic relationships with some of the world’s best organizations as well as community leaders. We work cross-functionally with the Policy, Legal, Marketing, PR and the Operations teams to optimize new capabilities, improve user experience, and make our partners successful. The Community Partnerships team's mission is to inspire and support community leaders and organizations - online or offline, aspiring or existing - to help 1 billion people find a meaningful community on Facebook by 2022.
