Meta Pathways - Engineering
META PATHWAYS - ENGINEERING
This comprehensive yearlong program is an excellent opportunity to broaden your knowledge and skill set. You’ll gain hands-on experience working in various aspects of engineering, from product engineering and software development to data science and programming.

How the program works
This 12-month program starts with an immersive engineering bootcamp. You’ll learn about our tools, technologies and best practices and apply your skills to core engineering systems.
Who can apply
Meta Pathways - Engineering is open to all qualified candidates with at least two years of industry software engineering experience. We strongly encourage candidates who have non-traditional career paths to apply including, but not limited to, candidates from non-tech industries, candidates without traditional computer science degrees and/or who are self-taught, candidates starting second careers, re-entering the workforce and those who have attended bootcamp-style programming courses. This program is for those who are interested in receiving close mentorship from experienced peers in a world-class production environment.
How to apply
We accept qualified applicants who are interested in pursuing a career in engineering. Candidates will be based in Menlo Park, Seattle or New York City.

Interested in software engineering or programming? Meta Pathways - Engineering lets you explore various aspects of Meta technology as you decide your career path.
During our four-week bootcamp, you’ll receive extensive training on our technologies and best practices.
You’ll work alongside world-class engineers who will provide ongoing support as you explore various engineering roles and find your passion.
Your mentors will provide valuable feedback throughout the year. At the program’s end, you’ll be evaluated and considered for a full-time role at Meta.

Meta University
META UNIVERSITY
Meta University is an immersive paid summer internship program designed to provide technical skill development and professional work experience to students from a range of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.

How the program works
The program, which runs from May to August, is designed to provide students with technical skill development and professional work experience.
Who can apply
Current first-year or second-year college students studying at a four-year university (or equivalent program for special cases) in the U.S., Canada or Mexico can apply.
How to apply
Applicants will be asked to submit their resume and college transcript. If selected for next rounds, candidates will be asked to complete two online assessments.
