The Recruitment Marketing Manager, NORAM, role is a leadership position for an experienced marketer to execute the strategy for inspiring candidates to want to build a career at Meta by authentically sharing the opportunities and experience of working at Meta. As a hands-on leader, you’ll lead a team of digital marketing and event marketing experts, and manage the day-to-day operations and work for the NORAM team of brand marketers - including: prioritization, roadmap building, organize resources against key priorities, and partner with Recruiting, Employer Branding, DEI and other cross-functional leaders to help Meta attract and engage the talent necessary for its success – today and in future. Recruitment Marketing Manager, NORAM Responsibilities
  • Position and operate team as a competitive advantage by designing and executing holistic and integrated recruitment marketing campaigns that enable Meta to attract and engage, and hire, diverse talent in NORAM
  • Champion diversity and inclusion internally and externally
  • Consistently look for opportunities to scale through process, automation, consolidation of brand and event activities while maintaining or increasing impact
  • Own and drive integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns for NORAM - discovery, planning, launch, engagement, tracking, optimization and reporting - ensuring brand alignment and diversity-first approach
  • Leverage data and user research across campaign performance and develop insight-based recommendations for action to deliver effective segmented and targeted campaigns and experiences
  • Maintain and deepen partnership across recruiting leadership to understand current business trends, recruiting goals and processes, market position and target audience behaviors (particularly diversity, technology and generational) to inform team direction
  • Use marketing tools and tech to optimize campaigns and maximize outcomes
  • Ensure change management and proper rollout of recruitment marketing programs through detailed project management and communications
  • Team leadership where differences are appreciated and you help people build and sustain productive, growing careers
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years relevant marketing experience developing marketing strategy and managing client relationships, executing omni-channel marketing campaigns and building relationships in a cross-functional environment
  • 3+ years of experience managing team
  • 3+ years project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience and relationships within Employer Brand, Recruitment and Event Marketing
