Trust and Compliance - Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Review current state of Artificial Intelligence systems and processes and identify and assess risks and report to management.
  • Continuously identify and assess risks to Enterprise Engineering’s critical processes and assets through various technical and non-technical channels (i.e., security vulnerabilities, audits/assessments, and operational incidents).
  • Mature and automate repeatable processes to inventory, prioritize, manage, remediate, and monitor risks within the Enterprise Engineering environment.
  • Manage a highly matrixed and fast-moving environment, including developing and socializing operating models to optimize risk and compliance engagement within Enterprise Engineering and across Meta enterprise.
  • Serve as an interpreter and liaison between Enterprise Engineering and enterprise Subject Matter Expert teams, helping Enterprise Engineering efficiently and comprehensively navigate the complexities of risk and compliance.
  • Manage the data, technology, and automation platforms that drive key risk and performance reporting and insights.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of risk management by navigating challenging conversations with leadership teams and driving risk-based decision making and accountability for those decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • Experience must include 24 months involving the following:
  • 1. Working in risks related Artificial Intelligence, Information and Physical Security, Internal Audit, Data Privacy, and other Governance, Risk and Compliance Fields
  • 2. Moving technical or business driven projects from inception to delivery
  • 3. Articulating impact using metrics, growth examples, return, etc. and
  • 4. Work on GRC applications.

$249,553/year to $255,200/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
