Meta Product Management Leaders work with teams of engineers and designers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Management Leaders to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. FOS (Facebook Operator Solutions) is a growth team serving over 1 billion users by building high value experiences in partnership with telcos. We are creating highly optimized experiences which solve barriers for our users to register and use Meta products in emerging markets. We drive the future growth of the Meta family of apps as we bring the value of social media to new users across the globe. You must be able to help define strategies for large, ambiguous product areas and help guide teams on how to maximize impact through use of data and research to create effective execution and experimentation frameworks.
Product Management Lead Responsibilities
  • Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers and product leaders
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on strategies and priorities leading to product execution
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
Minimum Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Product Management
  • Excellent collaborator, practiced at influencing others, and good at bringing larger groups along to execute complex cross-team projects with partners in engineering, design and user research teams
  • Inclusive direct people management experience, leading and developing high performing teams
  • Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
  • Experience working with, influencing and presenting to executive level stakeholders (VP & C-level)
  • Experience driving highly ambiguous, broad and highly complex topics to extreme clarity of strategy and execution, at pace, in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a Technology company, ideally Consumer or Telco
  • Experience building 0-1 products and platform/ecosystem products
  • Experience in leading growth metrics in a global organisation
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
