Compensation Business Partner Responsibilities
  • Design and build an innovative, competitive, and analytically driven compensation offering and support the compensation needs of the organization.
  • Contribute at the hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate innovative culture in a large-scale organization.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate compensation and benefits activities of the compensation team.
  • Consult with business leaders on compensation decisions and strategy and support recruiters with compensation offers.
  • Perform market analysis and provide insight for new and existing roles.
  • Implement analytics for new or existing compensation programs and execute job evaluations and workforce classification projects.
  • Plan compensation, program administration, and automation projects for the compensation team.
  • Respond to compensation-related questions from managers, HR business partners and recruiters.
  • Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 24 months of experience in Job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following:
  • Human resources strategy, human resources consulting, and human resources project management
  • Total Rewards Strategy
  • Broad-based compensation, executive compensation, and equity compensation
  • Sales Compensation Design
  • Stock plan administration
  • Benefits plan design
  • Talent and career management
  • Change Management
  • Talent analytics and data visualization
  • Job architecture
  • Vendor Management
  • Organization design
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Human Resources Information Systems
  • Process Redesign
  • Strategic Human Resources Communications
