Meta's Small Business Group is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. The Small Business Group (SBG) contributes directly to this mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger, and then helping them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, and messaging. We succeed when we help our customers grow their businesses. The Small Business Group at Meta is one of two sales channels responsible for Meta’s multi-billion dollar advertising business. Our team helps more than 99% of Meta’s 10 million plus advertisers. Our potential business is even larger with more than 200 million businesses using our tools to connect with customers.The position will be responsible for developing and managing sales programs to help clients get the best results from their marketing campaigns on Meta – through consultation, education, optimization, and support via vendor partners. In addition to developing a high-performing operation, this position will be responsible for working with other teams across Meta to create and grow programs focused on improving the Meta experience for our clients. Ideal candidates will combine an exceptional ability to drive results collaborating with internal teams - regional and global, outsourced sales with vendor partners; a passion for delivering value at scale to small business advertisers through rigorous planning and flawless execution; a keen eye for identifying process and workflow opportunities; and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales, vendor partnership, cross functional collaboration and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. Regional Sales Manager, Small Business Group, APAC Responsibilities
  • Develop sales pipeline strategy and lead end to end execution of regional sales programs and outsourced sales via vendor partners
  • Deliver against quarter targets in sales leads, revenue, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor progress against goals and manage vendors to meet and exceed productivity metrics
  • Make data-informed decisions to drive performance, resource allocation and juggle competing priorities
  • Work effectively in highly collaborative environment
  • Identify actionable insights to improve sales results and team strategy — in APAC and globally
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years experience working with sales, digital advertising and program management
  • Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills with prior experience working across regional and global partners
  • Analytical thinker with knowledge in data concepts and principles
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving experience
  • Experience prioritizing and focusing on driving growth
  • Detail-oriented and organized skills
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Outsourced Sales or experience working & building relationships with outsourced vendors/third parties sales, or with Small and Medium Businesses, external sales and marketing partners, or Advertising Agencies
