Creative Leads exercise proactive exploration, practical knowledge and a fanatic evangelism of Meta’s full creative potential. With Meta products and human connection as a foundation, this team’s work will engage communities with richly crafted storytelling and experiences, delivered through the channels that matter most to them. As a Creative Lead in Global Clients & Agencies, you’ll leverage your strategic and creative experience to bring ideas to life across the entire family of Meta apps and services (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Oculus, Horizons, etc). You’ll partner with ambitious global clients, creative agencies and vast internal resources to create work that not only has business impact for our clients but will inspire thousands of businesses around the world.
Creative Lead, Creative Shop Global Clients & Agencies Responsibilities
  • Build & maintain relationships with executive-level clients, creative agencies, and industry professionals.
  • Identify & execute world-class creative opportunities to demonstrate what’s possible on Meta platforms.
  • Exercise a proactive knowledge and fanatic evangelism of Meta’s full creative potential.
  • Continually inspire clients and the creative industry by creating or co-creating game-changing ideas that shape the future of advertising.
  • Develop strategies and creative ideas that transform our clients' businesses.
  • Lead projects from concept through delivery — insights, strategy, concept, executions, pitch, production.
  • Lead brand and business strategy discussions to uncover business needs and creative opportunities.
  • Uncover brand and consumer insights to inform creative direction and help businesses connect with people in more meaningful ways.
  • Develop holistic Meta solutions that drive the key business goals of our top clients.
  • Partner with other Creative Shoppers, Sales, Product, Engineering and external partners to make the best work of your career.
  • Be a thought leader on how the Metaverse is fundamentally changing consumer behavior and brand marketing.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising in an Art Direction or technology-forward role, or similar.
  • Experience bringing an idea to life on a white board or presentation.
  • Thorough understanding of brand marketing and media communication.
  • Experience influencing C-level clients.
  • Experience translating data into meaningful insights that inform creative decisions.
  • Experience developing strategically grounded, insight-driven, creative applied in mobile, digital and offline mediums.
  • Expert communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Detailed knowledge of Meta platforms and their portfolio of products.
  • Future-first mindset and experience creating and producing for evolutionary platforms.
  • Demonstrated interest in understanding people and a desire to uncover new behavioral insights across various industries and platforms.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional partners toward achieving goals.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a highly-matrixed, cross-functional environment.
