We are currently looking for an experienced, insightful, forward-thinking specialist with a strong ability to design and execute products that power the enterprise. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in reimagining productivity by shipping transformative products that serve diverse aspects of the enterprise.
Application Manager, Planning Responsibilities
  • Design, configuration, implementation and operational support
  • Drive process and product metrics, adoption by optimizing application usage
  • Own application integrations with third party products and Facebook internal systems
  • Application health, reliability and scalability ownership
  • Responsible for Vendor product data security, access management and Audit compliance
  • Drive underlying process reliability and scalability
  • Work closely with business leaders to develop short and long-term strategies
  • Provide supply chain planning expertise and help business design end-to-end processes
  • Provide strategic and operational oversight for our supply chain systems
  • Manage SLAs
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in information systems, engineering, Finance or quantitative field
  • 5+ years of vendor product build or implementation experience
  • Experience with at least one full cycle of vendor product implementation, cut over, launch and post launch support
  • Experience in scaling vendor product usage (vertical and horizontal)
  • Experience driving business outcomes by analyzing SLAs, defect trends, priority, severity and operational metrics
  • Experience leading a team of vendor support teams
  • 7+ years of experience in building and implementing solutions in supply chain planning (demand, supply planning) and execution domains
  • Experience in design and development of custom Budgeting, Forecasting and Planning tools that can satisfy the requirements of multiple business groups
  • Experience understanding the planning and budgeting drivers for various business groups within Facebook
  • Experience quantifying business impact of various work streams and align multiple stakeholders on a common product roadmap
  • 4+ years of experience working on data models with hands on experience to write queries and perform data analysis
  • Experience leading architecture discussions that could involve integration of multiple third party and internally built solutions
  • 5+ years of experience designing applications and creating examples through wireframes and mockups
  • Experience working with engineers in building extensions (using platform)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Vendor product certifications
  • Domain certification - Industry Association or statutory certifications
  • Experience implementing Oracle or other leading supply chain systems is preferred
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with the experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
  • Experience clearly communicating data insights to others
  • Domain expertise in project based planning environments
