The Meta Finance team is seeking an experienced professional to join the Finance Operations and Business Partnership organization. Reporting to the EMEA Finance Operations Manager, this role will be key in driving revenue operations for specific accounts and in increasing customer satisfaction across tools, processes, and relationships. The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure that Meta's credit exposure is appropriate, and any risk is minimized, while supporting revenue growth in a fast-paced and dynamic changing environment. This is a unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to provide solutions on customer service, risk and financial operations for EMEA accounts. The role will support Meta’s EMEA region with customer credit approval, portfolio management, business partnership, controls/audit adherence, accounts receivable, risk analysis, along with all associated reporting requirements.
Credit & Relationship Manager Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new, changed and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Effectively manage and monitor assigned portfolio quality on an ongoing basis and proactively report potential risks and opportunities to management
  • Identify economic and financial trends that may present a risk to the company
  • Partner with the Sales organization by actively seeking and developing relationships, understanding the business requirements and ensuring communication is maintained to the highest standards
  • Provide training and support documentation for internal Stakeholders on revenue operations and credit related processes. Promoting customer centric approach through professional credit management and relationship building
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and work collaboratively with the Global Process Owner function on the implementation
  • Plan, lead and execute strategic initiatives that will have an impact globally as well as locally. Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance activities in relation to the credit function at all times
Minimum Qualifications
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
  • Proven analytic, problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
  • 8+ years of finance related experience in a multinational company, preferably within Online Advertising
  • Experience working independently but also collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation and public speaking skills
  • Growth mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
  • A team player who is adept at working as part of a larger team located in varied locations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six Sigma Risk Management qualifications
  • Exceptionally versed in credit best practices
  • Experience in the payment industry
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Outsource providers a plus
