We are seeking an experienced product management leader to support the next generation of Meta’s Infra Data Centers. Infra Data Center’s (IDC) Infrastructure Enablement team is a team of product managers that supports data center and engineering teams that build and operate Meta's private cloud infrastructure, which is one of the largest cloud systems in the world. We support product development across a variety of areas such as capacity demand & supply management, data center maintenance & repair, AI/ML infrastructure, security, sustainability, robotics etc. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication experience, and be able to work effectively across cross-functional teams to drive results. This role offers significant opportunities to deliver a large impact on strategic priorities for Meta, including building out the infrastructure to accelerate AI. They will also have domain expertise in cloud/data center infrastructure, and will be responsible for creating the vision and strategy across all product areas in IDC. They will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the data center lifecycle from Planning, Design, Build to Operations across Compute, Storage, Facility and Network and their interdependencies. They will work with cross-functional teams to help create the next generation of data center-focused products at Meta, with a strong customer-driven mentality – thinking about how our data center teams operate and what might be needed to support the ongoing scaling demands of Meta's operations.
Manager, Infra Data Center Product Management Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of product managers
  • Establish shared vision with partners (IDC operations, construction and strategy teams) and the engineering teams on IDC roadmap and OKRs
  • Partner within IDC and across the broader Infrastructure organization to ensure alignment and clarity across the product strategy and roadmaps
  • Support the team through ambiguity and enable them to build impactful products that operationalize our infrastructure at scale optimizing for efficiency and availability.
  • Define trade-offs between custom services/tools and third-party investments
  • Identify emerging Infra requirements to support AI, Metaverse, and new product workloads
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience building enterprise products
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management
  • 5+ years of leadership experience hiring, managing, and developing individual contributors
  • Demonstrated communication experience presenting to senior executive and customer audiences
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the data center infrastructure space

$202,000/year to $277,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
