Meta Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. We are looking for entrepreneurial Product Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. This role is with Enterprise Products, where you will build industry-leading business software to help accelerate Meta's success.
Product Manager, Enterprise Products Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to identify and advocate for the most impactful product opportunities
  • Translate opportunities into a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
  • Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that build Meta's competitive advantage.
  • Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and other cross-functional colleagues, while maintaining team health
  • Deeply understand Meta's business needs to inform your product strategy and tactics
  • Define key metrics that determine the success your products and develop a deep understanding of your product’s performance
  • Drive decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis and A/B testing
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in a product management role or relevant experience
  • Experience of going through a full product cycle, from crafting well researched product roadmaps and prioritization to launch and post launch execution
  • Experience in delivering products with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in producing convincing product narratives for executive and cross-functional audiences
  • Great attention to detail coupled with the experience to see the bigger picture to create extreme clarity for the team and your partners
  • Experience with conducting and utilizing customer research, market data and product analytics to make hard prioritization decisions
  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working and influencing effectively cross-functionally and building relationships across teams, including with people outside the direct reporting chain and senior executives
  • Knowledge of Privacy regulations and compliance approaches
  • Background in security-focused products (e.g. identity management, provisioning, observability)
  • Experience developing enterprise software, technologies and platforms
  • Experience with Machine Learning products
  • Experience driving innovation in scaled environments

$202,000/year to $277,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
