Product Manager - New Monetization Experiences

As a Product Manager in the New Monetization Experiences team, you will be responsible for developing new monetizable innovative products that address key needs of our users, creators and businesses.
Product Manager - New Monetization Experiences Responsibilities
- Lead strategy across a set of features as well as entirely new products focused on new monetization experiences
- Work hands-on with designers, engineers, data scientists and researchers in the team and across the company to execute the above
- Work across marketing, partnerships and cross-functional partners to successfully take the above products to market
- Rapidly test, learn, iterate and find new opportunities to launch
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
- Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
- Interest for building 0 to 1 products
- Experience in executing quickly to find product market fit
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in the following: Product management or product design
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or monetization products
- Experience in finding focus and scale impact in distributed and matrixed organizations
- Experience presenting to senior executive audiences

$141,000/year to $201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and final location. Also, this range represents base salary only and does not include the company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits , if applicable.
