Global Partner Strategy Manager, Commercial Enablement Responsibilities
  • Develop a rigorous process to create a consolidated financial forecast and reconcile global outsourced billing with external stakeholders.
  • Work in close partnership with a variety of teams including Project Specialists, Finance, Global Outsourcing, Capacity Planning, and Data Analytics, to drive insight and inform decisions.
  • Create a better user community experience.
  • Develop a consolidated financial forecast, working with multiple stakeholders to define a consistent and repeatable process.
  • Maintain and support the invoice projection and reconciliation process to ensure alignment between internal and external partners across a complex and decentralized global organization.
  • Support the end-to-end tracking and auditing for resources (headcount) across a complex global operation.
  • Serve as a key partner in change management and communications related to invoicing, billing data governance, and financial reporting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to understand projected demand, supply, and other factors influencing utilization of resources (headcount) and physical footprint.
  • Responsible for addressing billing queries and coordinate resolution, not limited to missing invoices/statement of account, update of customer details, and local tax queries on invoices.
  • Number of direct reports may vary.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent degree accepted) in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field and 48 months of work experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires 48 months of experience involving the following:
  • 1. Finance, resource planning, and/or workforce analytics
  • 2. Developing financial forecasts or budgets
  • 3. Organization-wide project management
  • 4. Creating sustainable processes, iterative process improvement, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • 5. Expense Management analysis and
  • 6. P&L analysis and reporting.

$184,843/year to $194,480/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
