The Infrastructure Services Operational Support (ISOS) program management team collaborates with infrastructure teams to deliver transformational solutions. We optimize and evolve processes, elevate work through tooling, and efficiently execute critical tasks. We enable others to have impact by solving problems associated with building Meta infrastructure and operating efficiently at scale. In this role, you will work closely with Meta Data Center teams and key Infrastructure business stakeholders to devise technical solutions for business problems and own delivery from concept to creation. You will identify opportunities to create new technical solutions and/or consolidate requirements into existing solutions to support better engineering and product development. This is a full time position.
Program Manager, Infrastructure Data Center Analytics Responsibilities
  • Lead programs that are unclear in scope where you will collaborate across infrastructure teams to align on goals, and develop innovative technical solutions.
  • Plan and execute strategic programs by leveraging program management best practices.
  • Elicit detailed business requirements by engaging the business to capture clear functional design artifacts using techniques like use cases, systems and data diagrams and process flow diagrams.
  • Lead process engineering and/or automation efforts to support cross-functional partners in operationalization and scaling efforts.
  • Quantify operational issues, measure impact, prioritize development resources in areas that will deliver the greatest impact.
  • Effectively analyze complex data across multiple programs, define or create new metrics to measure effectiveness of programs, and translate them into actionable outcomes for teams.
  • Foster a culture of data driven decision making.
  • Communicate complex concepts, issues, and proposals effectively and ensure there is broad knowledge of the program.
  • Provide regular updates on programs, align teams on goals and objectives, set clear expectations, inform status, and proactively convey risks.
  • Build productive relationships across program teams & Org-level leaders, influence stakeholders, cross-functional/partner teams to gain buy-in and resources for undefined areas.
  • Lead/support all business readiness activities, which may range from technical end user training or product testing, to business impact measurement, internal or technical communications.
  • Leads initiatives that build team strength and resiliency, mentor, support team growth and the recruiting process.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in program management, or combination of technical roles and program management.
  • Demonstrated track record leading large, cross functional infrastructure programs.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering business value using technology solutions in high-tech operations space.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and partner teams to aligned outcomes.
  • Experience evaluating, defining and improving end-to-end processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading software development projects.
  • Knowledge of compute, storage or networking technologies.
  • Data center operations or infrastructure experience.
