Meta is looking for a Director, Product Marketing to join our Strategy & Transformation team that drives Recruiting transformation solutions from strategy to execution at the intersection of people, process & technology. In this role, you will be managing teams of managers responsible for creating business and product strategies, and working at the intersection of stakeholder needs and product development. You will play a pivotal role in re-thinking the traditional recruiting paradigm, and working in partnership with our people product teams to ship unique products, internally and externally. The ideal candidate will excel at working collaboratively with executives and colleagues alike and consistently deliver high-quality work even under time constraints with competing priorities.
Product Marketing Director, Recruiting Products Responsibilities
  • Manage and foster a growing team of Managers and Product Marketing experts that are responsible for formulating and executing on the product strategy alongside other cross-functional partners in Product Management, Engineering, Design, Research and Recruiting
  • Set the long term vision, strategy and success metrics for the Product Marketing function and develop team capabilities to support the scaling of the recruiting organization
  • Influence direction and drive action across teams at all levels to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our global Recruiting organization
  • Establish scalable approaches to deliver solutions at scale
  • Work closely with the product marketing team to develop successful go-to-market plans and launches including roadmaps, communication strategies, product adoption approaches and long-term growth plans
  • Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with peer leads in Product Management, Engineering, Research, Design, etc.
  • Ensure comprehensive, high-quality, and proactive communications within teams and with key stakeholders, including the Director/VP level stakeholders
  • Proactively identify the important problems in support of company goals and create processes/solutions to address them
  • Bring a strong sense of execution and ownership to across the team
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with team leadership, people management, cross-functional team leadership, team building, including managing a team of managers
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
  • Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative research and insights
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 15+ years experience in product marketing, strategy and operations roles in a large, global tech company or other fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record of developing, managing and growing teams
  • Demonstrated experience working with engineering, product management, design, data science and research functions. Experience influencing product development and product strategy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recruiting/talent acquisition experience or experience with enterprise products
  • Experience in working across all stages of a strategy execution lifecycle (i.e. analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases)
  • Experience across Product Marketing, Product Operations, Strategy & Planning
