We are seeking a Manager of HR technology, Infrastructure and Ops to lead technology solutions for HR programs. The ideal candidate will question common assumptions, rethink existing processes, and see every challenge as an opportunity for improvement. This role supports process and technology on a global scale.
Manager, HR Salesforce Technology Responsibilities
  • Ownership for the Workday and Salesforce architecture and infrastructure
  • Focus on driving HR and employee effectiveness as Meta grows to 100k+ employees globally
  • Responsible for prioritizing and delivering inbound requests for Core HR, Time and Absence, Benefits, Payroll and HR Ticketing applications
  • Responsible for driving value utilizing new functionality from Workday and Salesforce
  • Partner with Product Development to deliver innovative solutions
  • Maintain effective communication with project relevant stakeholders
  • Manage team of technology professionals with a focus on HR products
  • Effectively utilize data and metrics to develop technology roadmaps
  • Manage Product Operations team that support run and operations for People Engineering
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience implementing solutions with Salesforce and/or Workday
  • 5+ years experience managing technology teams
  • 5+ years experience managing vendors and vendor roadmaps
Preferred Qualifications
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or related experience
  • Familiarity with Workday and Salesforce (Service Cloud) functionality including tenant configuration, data loads, and maintenance
  • Enthusiastic about solving complex, system-to-system integration problems
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders and users
