Meta is seeking a Program Manager to join its Global Privacy Compliance Assurance, Assessment Response and Delivery team. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced and potentially ambiguous environment, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in support of privacy at Meta. Successful candidates should be motivated self-starters who see the value of creating inclusive spaces when solving hard problems and recognize diverse perspectives. The Assessment Response and Delivery team plays a critical role in ensuring that Meta meets its regulatory obligations and executes a best-in-class privacy program. As a Privacy Program Manager, you will operationalize privacy requirements to ensure that different business units across the company meet both Meta and regulatory obligations. You will use your expertise to decrease privacy risks and develop ways to improve business processes and systems. This is a highly collaborative role. Success will require strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent project/program management skills, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. You should be a team player who is comfortable challenging our existing ways of working and bringing a fresh perspective to our approach.
Privacy Program Manager - Assessment Domain Manager Responsibilities
  • Executing assessments and SET responses from end to end, coordinating efforts among PRCMs, Assessors, SGOs, and LPC.
  • Leads Case Processing including Case Triage, Doc Prep, QA, Redactions & Evidence Delivery
  • Forge strong partnerships with cross functional partners, Legal and collaborate closely to navigate complex compliance landscapes
  • Work with SGOs, offering valuable guidance and insights to optimize response strategies. Reviews SGO responses for completeness & accuracy
  • Develop Governance for Evidence Gathering and Program Strategies, leveraging historical trends to manage more proactively
  • Oversight over SET testing serving as the central point of contact and driving collaboration.
  • Track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly
  • Drive greater consistency of process, practices, and execution across company-wide privacy workstreams
  • Set priorities, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of work experience in consulting, business operations, technical program management or other operational disciplines
  • Experience successfully managing short and long-term cross-functional projects
  • Experience communicating with technical and business stakeholders
  • Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results
  • Knowledge and aptitude for problem solving
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Privacy Experience
  • Working with teams and has subject matter expertise including but not limited to Complaints, Issue Management, Governance

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
