Meta is seeking a Program Manager to join its Global Privacy Compliance Assurance, Assessment Response and Delivery team. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced and potentially ambiguous environment, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in support of privacy at Meta. Successful candidates should be motivated self-starters who see the value of creating inclusive spaces when solving hard problems and recognize diverse perspectives. The Assessment Response and Delivery team plays a critical role in ensuring that Meta meets its regulatory obligations and executes a best-in-class privacy program. As a Privacy Program Manager, you will operationalize privacy requirements to ensure that different business units across the company meet both Meta and regulatory obligations. You will use your expertise to decrease privacy risks and develop ways to improve business processes and systems. This is a highly collaborative role. Success will require strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent project/program management skills, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. You should be a team player who is comfortable challenging our existing ways of working and bringing a fresh perspective to our approach.
