Our organization provides logistics and supply chain services to Meta's Data Centers. We are looking for a Program Manager to improve material support for the new product introductions, and transition products through the product release process (Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT and MP readiness) more efficiently. The PM will track the logistics and supply chain team’s readiness to handle NPI from a spare parts planning, BOM set-up and material handling perspective. In this role, the candidate will partner with cross-functional stakeholders such as material planning, asset management, field logistics, enterprise tooling, TPM’s and Hardware Engineering to standardize key logistics business processes to support NPI.
Program Manager, Logistics Engineering Responsibilities
  • Act as liaison between logistics/supply chain and upstream engineering teams to ensure readiness to support NPI programs
  • Collaborate with internal engineering/supply chain management teams on status, priorities, issue resolution and NPI roadmaps
  • Collaborate across Meta organizations, specifically with hardware design, technical program manager, and release to production teams to deliver on new product development schedules and supply chain/logistics requirements
  • Manage multiple complex NPI projects - prioritization, planning, scheduling, reporting
  • Gather and prioritize stakeholders’ requirements to build, maintain and implement roadmaps
  • Develop and Implement best Practices to scale and standardize stakeholder support
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing data/information to address complex problems
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years experience in program management, or other related work
  • Experience in handling PM responsibilities (prioritization, planning, scheduling, status reporting)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, understanding and experience developing relationships with supply chain and logistics teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with hardware NPI program lifecycle
