Facebook is seeking an individual who is passionate about developer experiences to help build a valuable and secure platform. This position will be responsible for helping to shape product roadmaps and execute against global launch plans to bring platform and integrity products to market. This role will be responsible for driving market requirements into product planning to inform the development of tools, surfaces and systems that developers use to build privacy-aware experiences that grow their business across Facebook. It will also be responsible for bringing these products to market through market positioning, internal enablement and external communications/PR. The successful candidate is both data-driven and has the ability to synthesize market trends in the developer ecosystem and international privacy landscape to inform business strategy and product development. This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with the Product, Engineering, Platform Partnerships, Design, Research, Communications, Policy, Legal and Privacy teams.
Product Marketing Manager, Developer Platform Integrity Responsibilities
  • Drive product strategy bridging short-term execution and long-term vision
  • Identify opportunities and represent view of the market by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analysis
  • Analyze product performance, synthesize customer feedback and advocate improvements
  • Oversee go-to-market efforts globally to support product launches and scaled adoption
  • Manage comprehensive, cross-functional activities including betas, positioning, policy and product documentation
  • Partner with the Product Management, Partnerships & Sales, Engineering, Communications, Policy, Legal, Privacy and other key teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience working in a product marketing, product management, management consulting, product strategy or equivalent function (partnered with product management and/or engineering on strategy and go-to-market)
  • BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in user privacy, integrity, and compliance products
  • Management consulting experience in advertising or media businesses
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, tech focused, web or internet start-up environment
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
  • Quantitative analytical experience and communication skills
  • MBA
