The Manager of Incident Management Programs will lead a team of Privacy Program professionals that work across the company to deliver operational excellence within the global Privacy Incident Management program. This Manager will play an important role in developing and driving delivery of CPIM programs. Once established, the Manager will operate ongoing programs including tooling expansion; drive cross-functional programs to support engineering, legal, regulatory reporting, and compliance initiatives; and manage privacy learning and remediation programs. The Manager will scale operations, develop program management talent, and develop robust processes and standards to enable our company-wide incident management success. The ideal person will exhibit persistence, patience, attention to detail, be self-motivated, and have a positive attitude.
