Meta seeks a highly motivated team player to serve as the Program Manager for Analytics, Insights & Reporting within the Legal Risk Management team. This position will be responsible for creation and execution of the strategy, engagement with our team and our partners, and management of our analytics and reporting portfolio across risk and compliance lanes. This position will play a key role in evolving the application and integration of analytics, statistics, and data science across Legal Risk Management. The right candidate will possess and demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in building statistical & data-driven strategies, solutions, and programs to legal, compliance and risk management challenges. Program Manager for Analytics, Insights & Reporting Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategy, and execution for the portfolio of analytics and reporting programs for Legal Risk Management
  • Lead the integration of statistics and data science into the strategy and analytics portfolio for Legal Risk Management
  • Drive design, development and adoption of statistical frameworks and approaches to provide stakeholders with advanced insights that may not be generated through the use of rule-driven analytics and dashboards
  • Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to develop intuitive, scalable solutions to address business needs
  • Continue to push the boundaries of a high-performance analytics and reporting team, providing statistical, technical and functional guidance, mentorship, and support
  • Provide support to the compliance program on other compliance initiatives as needed
  • Maintain strong communication channels with other groups, including other Compliance leaders, during all facets of engagement, including issue resolution
  • Act as an agent for positive change with agility, adaptability, and flexibility
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience developing data-driven solutions for risk and compliance needs in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Experience communicating technical findings/issues clearly, especially to non-technical audiences
  • Experience using quantitative approaches to identify and evaluate opportunities, deliver insights, and inform decisions and actions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using quantitative approaches to assess risk, evaluate risk mitigating activities, deliver risk insights and drive change
