​​Meta is looking for a seasoned leader to join its Central Privacy Organization, supporting the Privacy Product Marketing Team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a super fast-paced environment, is skilled at leading complex cross-functional initiatives and is excited to support privacy at Facebook. This person should see the value of creating inclusive spaces when solving hard problems and will recognize diverse perspectives. The Privacy Product Marketing team is a strategic partner to our Privacy Program team and helps shape internal privacy processes, product roadmaps, and develops strategic plans to bring our privacy commitments and narrative to market internally. The broader Privacy Strategic Initiatives team consists of internal process operations, content planning, and internal communications. The person in this role will build on an existing function within the team focused on understanding and communicating our internal privacy programs and shaping the relevant roadmaps related to these efforts. The person in this role will manage a team of managers and ICs. This is a highly collaborative role; success will require strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills and the ability to switch between strategic planning and tactical execution. This person should be a team player who is comfortable challenging our existing ways of working and bringing a fresh perspective to our approach.
Director, Privacy Program Marketing Responsibilities
  • Build, manage and support a team product marketers, including people managers, ensuring alignment between individual’s strengths and business needs
  • Partner with product leadership to influence product and business strategy with a view of customer needs and market opportunities
  • Lead Go-To-Market efforts across the full lifecycle of internal privacy practices and processes
  • Model inclusive behaviors and build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives
  • Collaborate with Privacy Org and partner teams to develop a comprehensive view of the privacy work that’s required across teams
  • Consistently build strong internal partnerships, influence, resolve conflict, align, and work effectively across teams to execute strategy
  • Proactively detect the largest problems impacting their team's execution and make decisions that resolve and manage dependencies
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience with management consulting, product marketing or process marketing
  • Track record of building partnerships with Product Management and cross-functional teams, and shaping multi-year product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
  • Leadership experience in a global role with global launches, and knowledge of diverse cultural, social and privacy landscapes
  • Experience in building and supporting product solutions for highly regulated industries (i.e. finance, healthcare, etc.)
  • Experience managing and developing a growing team with a diversity of roles and functions that manage multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
  • Quantitative analytical and communication skills
