Meta is seeking a business and marketing professional to help build and drive Meta’s marketing and communication solutions to significant players in Services industries, in Italy and globally. This role will establish and expand relationships with new partners, and continue to cultivate and grow relationships with strategic partners. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media to develop industry-specific marketing relationships and drive company results by building and optimising complex opportunities with strategic clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting on cross-network marketing solutions to multichannel advertisers. Having experience managing both brand and performance based campaigns, expertise in brand and performance based advertising products, and ability to leverage data and analytics to improve performance for digital campaigns is required. Client Partners must have strong consultative sales and analytical skills; thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment, and have a passion for Meta. Success in this position will require a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers, ecosystem partners (e.g. Media and Creative Agencies), close new business, and provide holistic marketing solutions, both on a local and global scale. Client Partner - Services Responsibilities
  • Serve as an industry thought leader
  • Develop and actively manage long term business partnerships, and close large deals with main clients.
  • Develop marketing strategies for clients to leverage Meta solutions, creative approaches, and ad tech infrastructure
  • Exhibit executive presence and confidence in building relationships with C-suite executives
  • Effectively influence and drive impact cross-functionally within a matrixed environment
  • Hone in on relevant trends and opportunities in order to craft business cases that support any new requests and/or changes that alter product vision/roadmap
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Solid experience working in Marketing, Media Sales & Business Strategy, Consulting roles, ideally across global Services industries and in the Lead Generation space
  • Strong passion for Meta and our mission
  • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment
  • Proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sell and analytical skills. Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated track record of leadership success, and problem-solving with limited oversight
  • Ability to build strong relationships with top global marketing decision makers. Experience as strategic advisor working with C-Level
  • Demonstrable experience in influencing, developing, and empowering cross-functional colleagues to achieve objectives
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, both brand and performance, ideally with solid understanding of measurement and attribution models
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Ad Tech evolving ecosystem is a plus
  • Specific industry experience is not a strict requirement for this role, what is more important is an ability to lead clients, and the industry, through change and transformation
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
  • BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
