Within our new GBG Investment team, this role will program manage partnerships with some of our largest global partners. You will also manage product specific programs with this client base on video. Drive both strategic and operational alignment with other programs focused on client capabilities. Within our new GBG (Global Business Group) Investment team, manage our large client advertiser investment programs. There will also be product level leadership with these clients; this will include video. The individual will not only drive strategy of the overall program and relationships, but also manage development of programs with specific major clients within the program.
Global Client Investment Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Design, support, and commercialize incentive programs on behalf of Business Development, and in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders in Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Operations.
  • Map and optimize the contracting life-cycle for each program, including development of budget frameworks, commercial models, legal templates, payment implementations, and ROI models.
  • Develop program renewals best practices, and contract administration processes, ensuring compliance with obligations, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Reflect on the business and improve process, policies and efficiency. GBG Investment will work together with Operations and Pricing teams who will operate the programs. We want optimal working with these internal partners.
  • Own all logistics, coordination, and facilitation for regular team meetings, documenting and presenting summaries of internal project work to Partnerships leadership.
  • Demonstrate judgment to balance between the aggressive growth objectives of our Product and Partnerships teams, and the operational requirements of our Legal and Finance partners.
  • Predict roadblocks and obstacles and prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions, while proactively raising issues for the team before they become a problem.
  • Develop and track project plans, metrics of success, and communication plans for all initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 12+ years of work experience in one or more of the following: business development or corporate development, strategy or operations projects at a consulting firm, corporate strategy team, marketing or procurement at large advertisers. (or 6+ years work experience with an MBA/Masters degree).
  • Business Development expertise, with demonstrated experience understanding and communicating legal, commercial, regulatory, and operational risk across any business function and type.
  • Experience using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organization and to influence various levels of management.
  • Problem solving and analysis experience including solving complex business challenges (commercial, operational, financial).
  • Experience developing, optimizing, and streamlining complex commercial models.
  • Experience defining and developing workflows, identifying and implementing operational processes to streamline the partnership structuring process.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, often uncertain environment and to adapt to new teams, roles and responsibilities in an ongoing fashion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Channel program experience (Selling through partners)
  • Experience in deal management, negotiation and structuring contracts or business agreements
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities. Preferable international experience
  • Experience in presenting to and influencing leadership at all levels of an organization
