Strategic Product Partnerships Manager, Messaging Responsibilities
  • Help drive product strategy by designing and implementing product development programs involving partner businesses, developers, and leading consumer product organizations
  • Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position, define market requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of product performance, analyze customer needs, explore new strategic opportunities, inform the product roadmap with enhan
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to Facebook's messaging products
  • Represent Facebook in external meetings with executives from other companies
  • Display leadership, organizational and execution skills with partnerships and cross-functional teams, proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, partnerships, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch products and partnerships
  • Displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time
Minimum Qualifications
  • Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 6 months of experience in each of the following:
  • Data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Spark, Python)
  • Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Policy, Legal, Marketing, Public Relations, and Operations teams
  • Producing quantitative analysis of product performance
  • Establishing new frameworks to involve external partners in product development
  • Defining goals, strategy, and priorities for a global team
  • Direct testing and launching of new proprietary features and products in different international markets
  • Experience with the Facebook Developer Platform and knowledge of its strategic and competitive positions
  • Organizational, creative, and strategic-thought leadership
