Technical Analyst Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and optimize automation rules in response to changes in workflow processes and product changes.
  • Build features necessary for support issue classification and automation.
  • Identify and advocate for improvements in existing automated solutions and automation strategy.
  • Drive key performance metrics such as automation quality, volume mitigation, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with data analytics, product, and operations experts to solve problems at scale.
  • Provide technical solutions in response to operational escalations, delivering the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Clearly communicate the status of your work to stakeholders. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study
  • Experience must include 36 months involving the following:
  • 1. Working and managing large data sets and network-based data
  • 2. Scheduling triggers with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
  • 3. Developing queries and reports on relational database
  • 4. Developing automation solutions through technologies
  • 5. Quantitative analysis techniques: descriptive and inferential statistics
  • 6. Communicating and presenting results of data analyses
  • 7. Planning and implementing SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and documenting technical specifications
  • 8. Business intelligence tools for analysis and visualization of data
  • 9. Performance metrics, including monitoring and maintaining technical processes
  • 10. Identifying problems, and Ideating and recommending automated solutions and strategies
  • 11. Identifying technical issues, and developing testing strategies and solutions.
