The Marketing Science team at Meta is actively seeking a full time Global Marketing Science Partner. In Marketing Science, our mission is to help all businesses grow by transforming marketing practices grounded in data and science. We are seeking a highly organised and motivated candidate to help drive the Meta measurement strategy within our Global Clients & Categories team. We are specifically looking for a candidate with strong project management and communication skills to help develop and implement horizontal and vertical measurement programs across GCC. To successfully influence both Meta’s client and category measurement strategies, the candidate will need to be able to work internally with cross functional teams and fellow Marketing Science Partners, as well as externally with advertisers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advertising, intellectually curious, and able to move fast while keeping focused on high impact projects.
Marketing Science Partner: Programs - Global Client & Category Scaled Solutions Responsibilities
  • Support the leadership of strategic measurement programs across the Global Clients & Category team through designing, building, activating, tracking, and evaluating horizontal and vertical measurement programs
  • Coordinate, align and drive program implementation internally amongst Marketing Science Partners & Cross Functional Teams
  • Drive internal and external measurement program expertise through building training materials for internal sales teams and external clients
  • Partner with internal Cross Functional teams in aggregating, packaging and promoting core themed insights from these scaled measurement programs
  • Design and maintain tools and systems to track progress and impact of the Global Clients & Category team and support its strategy development
  • Help drive our global advertisers to measure true business value by contributing to analyses and research that will prove the value of Meta’s advertising business
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a media, marketing, technology, data/management consultancy or similar commercial focused business
  • A track record of demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organised manner
  • Experience building connections with stakeholders through effective communication and collaborating cross-functionally
  • A bachelor’s degree in psychology, statistics, economics, business, science, behavioral or social science or a related field
  • Project/program management experience including goal setting, action planning, milestone tracking, progress reporting and communications
  • Experience in building compelling presentations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated problem solving experience with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
  • Comfortable communicating complex topics to a technical and non-technical audience
  • Experience extracting data from large/complex databases with SQL and visualisation
  • Familiarity with advertising effectiveness measurement techniques
  • An understanding of online advertising
