Product Producers for Creative Experiences (Creative X) are responsible for turning ideas into real, tangible software that is enjoyed by billions of people around the world. They are leaders forging single-minded purpose among a disciplinary team of thinkers. The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver/project manager who has the proven ability to lead a team of strong producers, navigating ambiguity, deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. Must be a clear communicator, team player, and be able to inspire and motivate teams to deliver world-class creative.
Executive Producer, Product - Creative X Responsibilities
  • Design, document and clearly articulate a vision for the team
  • Fully own and drive consensus for the vision across all levels of the organization and with the leadership team
  • Work cross-functionally across Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product. Ensure teams and priorities are aligned
  • Manage and grow a team of product producers with clear goals and roadmaps
  • Work closely with Program Management and Marketing Leads to secure alignment on strategy
  • Sell creative strategy through to cross-functional partners (Product, Data Science, Marketing)
  • Model inclusive behaviors and build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives
  • Inspire with strong leadership and create an environment where creativity and innovation can thrive
Minimum Qualifications
  • 12+ years of work experience in production (as an Integrated Producer and/or Product Manager)
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams
  • Knowledge of technical projects, and experience collaborating with Product Managers on product decisions related to design, engineering and metric goals
  • Technical project management experience at a Senior Product Manager equivalency, including experience with software tools and building push cycles
  • Experience working with software designers (UI/UX) and knowledge of UI/UX development
  • Knowledge of content production, motion graphics and animation
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with multitasking skills
  • Proven resilience and positivity to add to the existing team spirit
  • Proactive communicator who can drive clarity in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly in the technology industry, whether in an agency, brand marketing, production vendor or start-up environment
  • Knowledge of other production disciplines (video, stills etc.)
